Creamy, delicious and so satisfying; this low carb cauliflower mash recipe is so good, you wont even notice the difference! In fact, we prefer it.
1 large head cauliflower
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup chicken stock/bone broth
1 Tbsp thick Greek yoghurt/double cream
Salt & pepper to taste
– ‘Rice’ the cauliflower in a food processor.
– Sauté in butter until fragrant and soft
– Blend with stock and yoghurt. Then add salt & pepper to taste
