Ginger Ninja Juice

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 – 3 inches piece of ginger
2 green apples
Handful fresh fennel

This juice is cleansing, revitalizing and full of enzymes and pre-biotics to promote proper digestion. Drink a shot 15mins prior to meals.

 

Beet It Juice

3 large carrots
1 red beet
1 large apple
Juice from 1 lemon
1 inch ginger
